Where do you ship to?

When do you post orders?

I aim to get post out twice a week on a Tuesday and Friday. This will give me a chance to cover all orders within a fair timescale.

How long will my order take to get to me?

I use Royal Mail and have options for both Standard and Tracked shipping.
UK - 2-3 working days
Europe - 5 - 10 working days
Rest of world - 5 - 15 working days

Please take into account that local shipping times may vary.

What payment options do you have?

I have 2 options for payment; Paypal and Stripe.

What is your refund/return policy?

I am happy to refund your order if you have decided against keeping the art work, and I can accept them back up to 30 days from point of purchase. I will more than happy to refund the cost of the order, but this will excluded the shipping cost. I will refund the order once it has arrived back to me in the same state it was sent out.

I will not be able to cover the return costs, this will lie with yourself.

If the order is lost or damaged during the postal/delivery process please do contact me and let me know. I will be more than happy to either refund or replace the item for you. Please do keep the packaging and take photographs so I can let the Post Office know.

If the fault lies with me, then I will absolutely be able to correct the error.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

I an not sure, this will depend upon your country and what they have in place. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees that may arise.

What packaging do you use?

I try to use as much sustainable packaging as possible. As I am quite a new business, I have made some purchase errors previously of which I am in the process of rectifying. Its a costly business, but I am getting there.
